Program Outlook & Purpose
Youth Leadership is a four-month program (one day a month from January through April) connecting high school juniors with civic, business and government leaders/organizations in the Northland community. By exposing students to established leaders in professional and community environments, students will acquire new leadership insights and a broader understanding of how the greater Northland community functions to assist with a successful future. This program is sponsored by the Northland Chamber business members and supporters. Graduation will be during the Chamber’s April luncheon at Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun.
