Annual Banquet & Auction
The Northland Chamber celebrates our Annual Banquet & Auction in fall of each year. The evening features a social cocktail hour with a formal dinner, a silent and live auction, & award presentation immediately following. Awards are given to the Northlander of the Year and Ambassador of the Year, as well as welcoming the new Chair! A portion of the proceeds raised from our generous bidders helps provide scholarships for the Chamber scholarship fund. These select scholarships are awarded to Northland students at the Excellence in Education Banquet the following spring. Be on the lookout for your invitation to purchase an individual ticket, or table of 10.
Excellence in Education Banquet
The Northland Chamber holds the annual Excellence in Education Banquet in the spring of each year. This is the largest education celebration in the state of Missouri! This evening consists of a reception beginning at 5 p.m., followed by dinner and presentation at 6 p.m.
This unique event brings together 1,000 attendees from eight school districts and two counties in Kansas City’s Northland to acknowledge the important role that schools play in the economic development and quality of life in the region. This banquet will honor outstanding students, teachers, staff, volunteers and business supporters of Northland education.
Battle of the Brains Trivia Tournament
Who’s the smartest business of them all? Find out by participating in this fun trivia tournament! Teams of 8 compete against each other in 7 rounds of trivia for the grand trophy and ultimate bragging rights. This event is held in spring at the Funny Bone Comedy Club at Zona Rosa and includes delicious food and beverages and a free game wristband to Draftcade.
Pickleball Tournament
Dink, Drink and Network! We hope you can join us at our Annual Pickleball Tournament! Grab your paddle and join us for a day of friendly competition and great networking at our Pickleball Tournament!
Whether you’re a seasoned player or just in it for the fun, this event is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow professionals, enjoy some laughs, and battle it out on the court. Grab a partner, register your team, and get ready to dink, rally, and have a great time!
Golf Tournament
It’s tee time! The Northland Chamber’s Golf Tournament is held each year in July and is always a popular, sold-out event! It’s a great day of golf, networking, food, fun and prizes. There are so many ways to get involved – sign up with a team to play, sponsor a hole, beverage cart, or a game; volunteer, or donate to our goody bags to maximize exposure for your business. Trust us, you won’t want to miss this exciting event!

Monthly Luncheon
Join us for our Monthly Luncheon, held on the third Tuesday of each month.This event features a sit-down meal and guest speaker. Our slate of guest speakers consists of leaders from prominent Northland businesses and organizations, who share new and exciting things they are doing in our community. RSVP is required for this event.
After Hours
Held on the first Wednesday of each month, our After Hours is a great opportunity to network with your fellow Northland business leaders. Enjoy complimentary beverages and appetizers at this happy hour event, hosted by a different chamber member each month. All chamber members and their guests are welcome to attend with no RSVP required.
Chamber Morning Brew
Regarded by many Northland Chamber members as the best networking opportunity in the region, the Chamber Morning Brew is a must-attend event for those who are new to the Northland, new to the chamber or just looking to meet new business leaders and make new connections. This event is hosted on the fourth Wednesday of every month at Corner Cafe in Riverside, MO. RSVP is required for this event.
*If there is a fifth Friday in a month, the Fifth Friday Coffee will replace the Chamber Morning Brew.
Fifth Friday Coffee
This free networking event is another great opportunity to meet your fellow Northland business leaders and build meaningful connections. Join us for a light breakfast and coffee every Fifth Friday, no RSVP is required.
Ribbon Cuttings & Groundbreakings
Help us welcome new members to the Northland Chamber and celebrate members opening new or renovated locations by attending our various ribbon cuttings each month. All chamber members and guests are welcome to attend these events, no RSVP is required.
